Just made this for lunch today and it was a hit with both hubby and myself and our almost 5 year old son! =) We left out the chicken, just because, and didn’t add anything in its place and it was super yummy just the same. We did double the amount of pasta, using the entire 12 oz package and to us, the noodle to sauce ratio was just right. Has a good kick to it, my cheeks were tingling a bit, but I went back for seconds anyway.
