		<description><![CDATA[I made these for a dinner party and they were BASICALLY awesome. I think its got just enough spice and the texture of the wings is perfect because they are baked. The two changes I made was that instead of chopping the garlic and chillies, I pounded them with a mortar and pestle so it was semi paste. Also I didn&#039;t have scallions so I omitted them. But great recipe and very easy to make!]]></description>
