If you like your mac and cheese creamy, this probably isn’t the dish for you. However, if you like chewy, chunks of cheesy bliss, this recipe ROCKS! I was worried the pepper jack cheese plus the cayenne would make it a bit too spicy for my tastes, but it’s really not too hot at all and I’m not a big fan of hot. It’s PERFECTION in my book, and as a bonus super easy to prepare. EXCELLENT!
