I also added some chopped carrots, but think I will julieanne them next time.

The recipe is very delicious and has a nice burn to it. We did this as a main dish (kind of like tacos), but it would also make a nice addition or starter to the mean.

I didn’t have any iceberg lettuce so we just used romaine and it worked great.
