This marinade smells amazing, but one hour is definitely not long enough to add any discernable flavor. Three hours in the marinade is much better, but I’ll let it go even longer next time.

Angela – You could substitute any hot sauce in place of the garlic chili sauce.

I actually have EVERY ingredient, except for the chili sauce. Any suggestion for a substitution so that I can make this tonight?

Strongly recommend getting Reynolds Release aluminum foil. Nothing sticks to it. You could make this without the cooking oil spray.
