It was absolutely delicious. My 1 year old daughter loved it, and she has become a pretty picky eater so if she likes it we will eat it more often!

As a working mom this will absolutely be a weekly dinner at our house. I used smoked paprika because it was all I had on hand and I think it was delicious! I made it with a yellow minute rice and the whole dinner came together in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will make again!
