		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the recipe Michelle! I made this tonight with a couple minor changes. I sauteed the onions in a bit of canola oil before adding the ground beef to soften them up. I also added a generous pinch of red pepper flakes, and extra Italian seasoning and garlic. I like a lot of seasoning apparently! :) I used Newman&#039;s marinara sauce. It was delicious, and I already can&#039;t wait for tomorrow&#039;s leftovers!
