I made this tonight with a couple minor changes. I sauteed the onions in a bit of canola oil before adding the ground beef to soften them up. I also added a generous pinch of red pepper flakes, and extra Italian seasoning and garlic. I like a lot of seasoning apparently! :) I used Newman’s marinara sauce. It was delicious, and I already can’t wait for tomorrow’s leftovers!
