What a great dish. I will definitely be making this again. When I do however, I am going to try cooking the bacon first, then adding the broccoli. I ended up sticking the skillet under the broiler to get the bacon crisp because my pan was just a bit crowded. Thank you so very much for sharing. This is a new favorite!
