I always add extra garlic and an extra jar of artichoke hearts, and we like quartered artichokes in this dish better than whole ones. The first time I made this for my husband, he took a picture to send to his mom to show her what a cook he had married! Wow!

I had everything. Still can’t believe that. It was delicious. I prepared it for lunch, then had a mid afternoon plateful, then dinner, and just finished a midnight snack.
