It smelled so good in the oven I couldn’t wait to dig in.
I made a few small modifications to the recipe to make it more like lasagna: sauteed some garlic and onions in with the meat, mixed one of the eggs and a little shredded mozz with the ricotta before spreading it over the pasta(so only two eggs- which I tempered w/ the hot pasta- mixed w/ the pasta, butter and parm)
It all turned out great and we have plenty of leftovers that I can’t wait to eat for lunch tomorrow!

Easy and nice substitute if you’re craving lasagna and don’t have lasagna noodles on hand. Took some to my neighbors who were returning from out of town. They loved it too.
