It was toooo cold to run to the grocery store, so I had all the ingredients for this already here.

Only thing I did differently was used pinto beans to replace the chicken. I seasoned them with your suggested spices and it came out very well!

I actually used ground turkey as I didn’t have any chicken on hand and it turned out really well. I added some onion, cumin and chili powder as well to the ground turkey which turned out quite yummy!
