I used 3 chicken breasts and crushed tomatoes. I left out the green chiles and used chili powder b/c I didn’t have taco seasoning. It was so easy and surprisingly flavorful and delicious! I grated some cheddar on top and had a dollop of sour cream. Going in my regular rotation of recipes!
