I made an account just so I can leave a review! I found this recipe a couple years ago and it’s been a family favorite ever since! My husband always asks me to make it. It’s easy and makes the house smell amazing all day. We often serve it with mashed potatoes and veggies. So good! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

This looks delicious! But I was wondering if I could follow the same recipe using London Broil steaks instead of top round steaks. Would I have to change anything about the preparation if I use London Broil steaks?

I made this recipe last night. My 93 year old mother immediately stated “this is a keeper”! The meat was so tender and flavorful. I cooked it on low for 8 hours and served over egg noodles. I followed the recipe exactly, including the garlic and onion powder. It smelled wonderful in the house the entire day making our mouths water. I am not sure if I didn’t thickened the gravy enough when I initially made the gravy or if I just like my gravy thicker, but I did add cornstarch with water to the crock pot. I am always looking for crock pot recipes. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
