This was wonderful, thank you for posting the recipe! We made ours with ground turkey, I added 2 cloves of garlic and some onion to the meat. We also used wheat tortillas, black beans and I layered in some fresh baby spinach too. YUM!

This is really good! My husband absolutely loved it. I have made it with flour and with corn tortillas. Personally, I like it better with flour tortillas, but either way, a great meal! Thanks for sharing!

I made this last night, and I gotta say, it was really good! It’s funny how you can take all the ingredients from tacos, mix them together, and they taste a lot better! It must be the cheese… in any case, this one is a keeper.

This was delicious! My one-year-old daughter couldn’t shovel it in fast enough. I used mild Rotel, eliminated the beans & doubled up the corn for her sake, but it was still wonderful for me too! I served with sour cream, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Will definitely make again!

This was delish! I made it with some leftover pinto beans I had in the fridge, and I also added an extra can of diced tomatoes. Very easy, and very tasty. I’ll make this again!

Fantastic! I used ground turkey, black beans, and white corn tortillas instead of flour and it was absolutely wonderful! Awesome flavor and easy to make – definitely one we’ll make again and again!
