		<description><![CDATA[I made this to the letter–with the exception of the sage, because my grocery store was out– and it was a real crowd pleaser. The instructions are quite easy to follow. I was pretty nervous about the roux/sauce, but it all went really smoothly and the cheeses blended well. The flavor is fantastic and it makes for a real rib-sticking meal. The only thing I struggled with was what to serve with it. I didn’t want another starch, but I wasn’t sure what veggies to serve or anything like that. Definitely will be making it again!

Note: I added some Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning for a little zest.]]></description>
