		<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t had a pork chop in years, but I&#039;m pregnant and it sounded good. I ran across this recipe and was intrigued by the Gouda/bacon combo. 

I cooked mine in the cast iron skillet, same skillet as the bacon. The cheese melts a little and the flavor from it keeps the chop moist and gives it a surprising Gouda/ bacon flavor. I looked like a rock star to the hubby!! We will eat this again for sure.]]></description>
