Very easy and yummy too! Kids loved it! :) (I have made it twice... once I added dried cranberries, almond slivers and a little almond extract... the second time I added almond slivers, almond extract and raisins and a little salt) I have also made granola in the oven adding crunchy peanut butter that kids love! We eat it as a snack and also as cereal with milk...

Delicious! I had some on ice cream with honey tonight...yum!

I did wonder if there was a way to make it more clumpy so it was easier to eat as a snack? The consistency is great for cereal and toppings.

Thank you for this recipe. I have a little girl who is allergic to peanuts, all tree nuts and coconut. Every bag of granola in the stores contain one, if not all of those items. I am so grateful for a recipe that I can actually use!

I think I will omit a little of the oats and add in some wheat germ and add some craisins or chopped dried apricots.

Thanks for sharing this!

I made a half recipe of this today. My 4 year old was able to do everything but measure which made her excited. Let’s just say there is none left already. My family loved it! I just added craisins before baking. Thanks for the recipe!
