This was very tasty and so easy! Because my husband is the only pineapple fan I used only half a can. I also took out the sauce at the end and cooked it with the cornstarch mixed in before returning it to the chicken. Perfect, easy sweet and sour taste!

Very good! I didn't have dried onion so I just left it out and it was still very tasty! I added extra carrot since my kids love carrots. I had two very large chicken breasts and once I cut them up and added the sauce it looked like it needed a little more sauce (since I had a lot of chicken and extra carrots) so I just made a little more sauce. My kids loved this recipe! It is going into my menu rotation to make again! thanks for sharing!

This recipe is excellent! I also threw in a chopped green pepper just to use it up. At the end of the cooking time I ladled out about 1 1/2 cups of liquid, added the pineapple juice and blended it with 3 tbls of cornstarch til smooth. Then I simmered in a saucepan until thick and then added it back into crockpot. The leftovers were even better! Thanks for the recipe.
