		<description><![CDATA[Excellent recipe! I used 1/2 c chicken broth and 1/2 c beef bone broth from Trader Joe&#039;s and then deglazed the skillet with the bone broth and poured it over the chicken in the crockpot. We put it over rice with some Trader Joe&#039;s Sweet Chili Sauce. We also had Trader Joe&#039;s Naan bread with it and cole slaw. I couldn&#039;t find any Jamaican Jerk Seasoning at our grocery, which was weird, but I quickly Googled a recipe and it was AMAZING for this!! Here&#039;s the link:  https://www.tasteandtellblog.com/jamaican-jerk-seasoning-mix/  The two things I changed for the seasoning, were that I only did a couple of twists of black pepper, because pepper can made it really spicy and then I didn’t do crushed red pepper because there was already quite a bit of cayenne in it!
