I've made this for my family and for company. It always receives "WooHoo". I add 2 more items - 1 green pepper and 1 can sliced olives. Yum!

I joined just so I could review this - it was DELICIOUS! The pork chops were so tender. My husband took one bite and said it was a keeper. I admit I had to change it a bit based on what was in the cupboard: I used six chops that were still partially frozen when they went in the slow cooker, and diced tomatoes since I didn't have sauce. One can of tomatoes had basil, oregano, and garlic in it, and the other had balsamic vinegar, basil, and olive oil. Then I added one can of tomato paste to thicken it up a bit. I also doubled the spices b/c I read it wrong, but it was still fabulous. Definitely a keeper!
