Very good and very easy. It doesn't taste easy though, tastes like you spent more time on it than you did. I love how the chicken just falls apart. 2 chicken breasts makes enough for us to have 6-8 sandwiches.

We LOVED this. I had it for dinner and again for lunch today. I'm not a huge fan of extra sweet BBQ sauce, so I used the regular Trader Joe's kind, which was slightly sweet and a little spicy. The chicken melted in my mouth. It was a little saucy, though, so I don't I'll be putting the rest of the BBQ sauce in at the end as suggested. Thanks for a great recipe!!

This was excellent and so easy! Chicken was tender and the sauce was great. I had trouble finding a fruity BBQ sauce, and used a sweet/tangy one. It was good - a little on the sweet side (but I think that's due to the BBQ brand). It would be delicious with any sauce. The onions and raisins add a great flavor!
