		<description><![CDATA[I really liked this better than the beef stew I usually make.  I did take the time to brown the meat and onions before tossing in the crock pot and threw in a couple of fresh tomatoes and cayenne (we like spicy stew!). Even my husband said I should make this again. Thanks for the delicious recipe!!  We did serve ours with some white rice to make it last longer for leftovers.]]></description>
