This was okay. I have seen other similar recipes that use the dry Italian dressing mix to cook the chicken, and I think that would be better. This dish could also use a little more "sauce"--the chicken to sauce ratio is very chicken-heavy.

I made this for the second time the other night and it was just as good as I remembered it being. It is comfort food to the max and the leftovers are just as good. I served it over egg noodles but rice or even mashed potatoes would be wonderful too. I love that you don't have to have the chicken thawed out beforehand.
While it doesn't look the greatest, kinda slop like, it tastes GREAT.

I made this tonight and while it was good..I think I might have goofed on an ingredient! I won't lie... I'm a beginner! The 1 tbsp of italian seasoning was overwhelming in mine. Should it be 1 tsp? Everyone else loved it so I'm sure I just goofed the recipe somewhere!

Very tasty! The chicken was so tender and the seasonings were very well balanced. You can also cook the chicken for about 5 hours on high without suffering any ill effects. Broccoli as a side dish is perfect!
