This is a FAVORITE at our house… we’ve had it several times, and it makes a ton! Perfect to share with guests or PLENTY of leftovers. We love it with Nacho flavored doritos.

Excellent and simple. I would not use as a chili, but it was an excellent stuffing for soft tortillas. This will be made often. Thank you for posting it.

This is such a flavorful recipe and so easy to make. We ate this as a chili, but it can easily be used as a stuffing in soft tortillas or used as a dip with tortilla chips. We will definitely be making this again and again.
