Easy and tasty. I used 1.5 lbs of flank steak and an 8 oz package of mushrooms in addition to the green bell pepper and onions and threw in a couple tablespoons of soy sauce (somehow, my boyfriend thought it had too much teriyaki. I don't understand). I managed to jam it all in my little 2.5 quart slow cooker--it was a tight fit and cooked for 8 hours on low.

Easy and filling. A recipe to use over and over. I used flank steak, cut it in fajita sized strips against the grain, and cooked it on high for four hours. I added a little more water to mine so I would have some au jus. We also made a horseradish sauce for those who wanted it. The only thing I would do differently is I didn't remove the layer of fat that is on one side of a flank steak, and I would do that next time before cooking. Thanks for the recipe!

This turned out well! My husband is a big fan. My meat cooked REALLY fast, it was done in an hour and a half but we may have sliced it too thin. But it's an inexpensive, yummy meal and we are hoping to use the leftovers for lunches.
