		<description><![CDATA[Super easy recipe with great results. I used 3 frozen chicken breasts (the gigantic sized ones) instead of fresh. I also added a bit more caper juice...just used up what was left in my bottle. 

I really liked the flavor, but wish the &#039;gravy&#039; would have been a little thicker. I also found it to be just a tad salty, but that could be due to the extra caper juice I used. Thinking of subbing some chix broth for part of the melted butter next time. There definitely will be a next time for this recipe!]]></description>
