I ended up with a top round cut instead of flank steak as it was a bit more economical, but I think I’ll go with the recommended cut next time. Mine shredded beautifully, but it wasn’t as tender as I’d hoped–though that might be to a longer cook time than intended. But the flavor was fantastic and it was so easy! Definitely a keeper. =)
