I put the chicken in on low early this afternoon before I left the house and by the time I got home the house was filled with the lovely aroma of BBQ (yummy). The chicken was moist and had a great balance of flavor and paired very well with the balsamic vegetables. I would definitely make this again – thanks for sharing!
