My house smelled amazing while this was cooking and my family totally loves this applesauce! It was so good that I made 2 batches the same day and froze the bounty. Freezes beautifully and tastes great when thawed. Winner :)

16qts sliced apples (after they were peeled and cored)
4 1/2 c water
4 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp cinnamon

Divided the apples between 3 large crockpots and cooked for 9 hours. We just finished the canning process. This is a wonderful recipe! We ended up with 12 pints of applesauce!
