Easy and delicious! We used our panini press to get the nice grill marks in it.

I made these for dinner tonight and now I’m wishing I had bought enough ingredients to make seconds. This is wonderful. I made it with the bacon, but it would still be great without it. Thank you for sharing.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! Everyone, from my 7 year old granddaughter to my picky 24-year old daughter, to my husband loved it. I’ll be making this all summer – thank you!
