		<description><![CDATA[This was so quick and tasty - and my husband liked it, so WIN all around :)  The second time I made it, I cut back a little on the curry and increased the shrimp and veg because somehow I keep soaking more than 2 cups of noodles!  The third time I made it I added some ham and that was a good addition. Your photo looks like there is cilantro sprinkled on top, so I will have to remember that for next time.]]></description>
