And for something so basic, they were certainly delicious! I had never made pan-fried pork chops myself, but my boyfriend has made them for us several times in the past so I had an idea of the basics. I am very cautious about cooking any kind of meat (don’t ask me why, I’m paranoid!) but I followed the instructions and they turned out perfectly! My boyfriend was very impressed. We will definitely use this recipe again!
