Everyone (picky kids and picky husband) cleaned their plates the night I made these. I used the leftovers to make meatball sandwiches for lunch the next day. I sliced up the meatballs, covered them in BBQ sauce, and melted cheddar cheese on the bun…OMG, heavenly! I will definitely make these meatballs again!
