Love this dish - the saltiness of the feta goes great with the shrimp. In the summer I've used fresh diced romas or cherry tomatoes. Leftovers (if there are any!) are great tossed with angel hair pasta and a little olive oil or served on crusty french bread like a bruschetta. Thx for sharing :)

this is simple and delicious! my only change was that I used fresh garlic (always!), left out the parsley and doubled the feta. the broth-y sauce is to die for! I served it over quinoa and it was pretty darn good. perfect for a nice, light summer meal.
