Just the perfect recipe for our family. Quick and Mexican! Can’t go wrong with anything in a tortilla in our house, and the fact that it can cook all day while I’m at work is a plus. I usually have 2.5 minutes to have something on the table before children are raiding the fridge on their own! The flavor was fabulous and I will definitely be making again. Most likely will go into our monthly rotation of recipes!

I made these for a large group this past week. It was so easy and so delicious! I will certainly be making them again soon…maybe even tomorrow night.
