The beef was great for burritos, and even better the next day in a quesadilla! I used a smaller roast than suggested (b/c I was cooking for 2) but still used the full amounts of seasonings b/c I like my food pretty spicy!

I was afraid it would be to vinegary. It was very good. Kept me from having to cook for a couple of nights too. Wihich is always a plus.
