I didn’t have any fried onions on hand but it came out very tasty all the same. Next time I think I would use an additional box of cornbread mix for more coverage. This hit the spot!

And super easy. I didn’t add the onions on top because I didn’t have enough(half the can was already gone from another recipe) but it still came out yummy. I also topped it with a little sour cream.
