I was scrambling for dinner so just searched hamburger recipes and this came up. I was hesitant because it was so easy and required so few ingredients but I was mistaken. The cream cheese made it rich and flavorful. I did omit the corn because my husband hates corn (unbelievable!) but next time I think I will add a can of drained green beans and it will be perfect! This is a great recipe because all the ingredients and staple panty items so I always have them available.
