		<description><![CDATA[I was worried. I don&#039;t eat a lot ocean fish, as it&#039;s ridiculously expensive where I live. Also, it wasn&#039;t intended to cook all the way through. I am on vacation in Hawaii, and ahi was not $30/lb, and I decided to try it.
No need to worry! It was delicious, almost steak-like. My ahi was about an inch thick, and the cooking time recommended made it look just like the picture. I let it rest, sliced it... and deliciousness ensued!
I did briefly marinate the asparagus in an Italian-type dressing, and I&#039;d recommend that to anyone. It makes it even more delicious.
