		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made this even easier by putting the shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes...sprinkling with lemon juice, Voila! sauce.

This is great over a couscous made by sauteeing shallots and diced carrots, and by using clam juice and water for the liquid. Yummm!]]></description>
