The only hard part was keeping the chicken mixture warm until the sauce and crepes were ready; I covered the pan immediately after cooking and it did a pretty good job. Overall, these were outstanding. With the buttered-rum banana crepes for dessert this was the best meal that I have made in recent memory, and I cook every day.
