SO simple but tasty. This ranks right up there with a sweet, locally owned, seafood restuarant on the coast of North Carolina called the Blue Turtle.

The only thing I would change is to not cook this on high. You may need to do that with a nonstick pan but stainless steel only needs medium.

My son and I are hitting Costco tomorrow and fish is definitely on the list so we can make it again! I think it will be a family favorite. Even my 5 year old daughter ate it.
