I was looking for a recipe here at TK that included kale and potatoes, and this was the first one to come up. I loved this dish, and will make it again soon–I used Italian-seasoned turkey sausage and that really spiced it up. Plus, I cut down the cheese quantity to 2 cups, and that was fine, also.
