This recipe was very different from anything I have cooked in the past…that’s why I wanted to try it! I just followed the instructions, stuck a fork in and took a bite….YUM, YUM! My husband didn’t like the sauerkraut, despite his German heritage but the recipe was very yummy. I would say to add the mashed potatoes and corn to the list of ingredients. I didn’t read that part until after I got back from the store and luckily had some. Delish….thanks for sharing!
