Thank you for sharing this recipe! My whole family (including two toddlers) absolutely loved it. Everyone had seconds; this is definitely a new family favorite. I did use sweet Italian sausage rather than hot (little kids) but either way I know I would have loved it. It’s a great alternative to pasta and I’ll probably be making this at least a couple times a month, it’s so delicious and easy! Thank you for sharing!
