My kids loved this but I was just so so. My pork chops, even though they were thicker cut, dried out a little but that was probably my fault because they were on low for 8 hours and then on warm for 2. Next time I make it I will cut down the amount of milk I add as it was very liquidy but had wonderful flavor. A great concept that I will definitely attempt again with some adaptations for our family.

I did not care for the ketchup in this at all. If I make it again I will definitely leave the ketchup out. I thought with all the high ratings it would taste much better. Also, it wasn't a thick gravy like I was expecting. It had was very liquidy. I would suggest to anyone wanting a thicker gravy that they take the liquid out and thicken it up on the stove with some cornstarch. The pork chops did turn out tender from being in the crock pot though :)

What a good and easy meal!!! I've never cooked pork chops before and this was a great way to start. I was too lazy to do the mashed potatoes so we had baked red potatoes and they were delicious with the gravy! Thanks!!

This looks awesome! I can't eat pork unless it has lots of sauce. This looks like a great new recipe to try. Thanks!
