I did add some taco seasoning and red pepper to spice it up a little. When I got home from work, I chopped some onion and added it to the mix for about 30 minutes before eating.

Great over rice or as tacos. I added more salsa when serving, but the chicken itself was very moist.

SO….I combined all the ingredients in my Dutch oven, and cooked it nice and slow for about 90 minutes. It turned out great! (I also added an envelope of Sazon seasoning just to punch up the spice a little).

I added a splash of chicken stock and about 1/2 packet of taco seasoning. I was planning on serving it with rice, but it was so good as it was we ate it literally out of the crockpot! Thanks!
