Can’t believe I forgot to put that in the post..whoops! I’m so sorry- glad you asked! I usually cover a medium sized cookie sheet with foil if it is not non-stick. You can really just judge the size of the pan based on the size of your salmon filet. Hope this helps and please let me know if you make it! (I do not cover the salmon while it is cooking) Enjoy!
