I rubbed the spice mixture on the salmon, drizzled with a bit of olive oil, and roasted in a hot oven until it flaked easily (my stovetop was in use and I usually use this method to do salmon for croquettes, etc.) The salsa and crema made this recipe restaurant quality.  Thanks for a delicious new way to do salmon!]]></description>
