Great recipe. I make this (with mashed potatoes) for my dad and me – It reheats well, so when I make it we both usually eat it three days in a row, but never get tired of it. Only change would be to double the gravy, especially when serving with mashed potatoes. Also, I put mushrooms in the gravy, but that’s just personal preference.
